Day Retreat Workshops
Our day retreat workshops were created to provide a peaceful setting that brings harmony, balance and clarity within a small intimate group space. Participants come away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and reconnected to self and others.
With a maximum of 8 participants, the circle of women creates a warm and welcoming experience for all to immerse yourself in the harmonious sounds and healing power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments.
Also included is sage clearning, breath work and guided meditation. A nourishing and nutritious lunch is provided and allows participants time and space to come together and connect through our individual experiences.

Cedar Springs Kiama Sound Healing
Set on a beautiful backdrop of 100 acres at the luxurious Cedar Springs Retreat on the south coast at Kiama, we are offering a special event sound healing workshop.
In a small intimate group setting we will spend an afternoon together harnessing the transformative frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other ancient sound healing instruments. This half day workshop will provide you with ways to support your connection with your inner self. You will leave feeling clear, refreshed, grounded, balanced, inspired and empowered. A restorative afternoon tea and space for connection will be provided.
If you are familiar with sound healing, or new to the practice, this special event is not to be missed.
