As the interest in sound healing grew, participants began expressing interest in retreats. I began exploring this and Thyme to Retreat seemed like an amazing opportunity to draw on my life experiences to host a women's wellbeing retreat.
It was important to create a retreat that had the right balance of space, time out and experiences. I believe that retreating offers you the opportunity to take a pause, reconnect to the elements and take some time to journey within. Taking a moment to pause and reconnect to yourself and feel stress and tension melt away as you immerse in meditation,breath work,sound healing and gentle yoga.Enjoy being looked after with all the nourishing food provided.My aspiration is to host a few retreats each year in various beautiful locations.

A place to pause, a space to reconnect and a view to restore. I have chosen this location which is a secluded hideaway burrowed into the ancient Saddleback Mountain on 100 acres of lush green rolling hills, skimming the coastline of Kiama. The natural beauty and wide open spaces lend themselves to be a site of healing and restoration and when I visited this place it took my breath away with its beauty.
Boasting opulent amenities and an indoor space as tranquil and beautiful as its surroundings. Every room has a view. Beautifully furnished and includes all the luxurious extras.
There is a tennis court and a spectacular saltwater pool that looks over the South Pacific Ocean. The outdoor fire pit and rock garden are a wonderful addition and a great space to connect with the local wildlife.

What should I pack?
Walking gear, yoga wear, comfy clothes, pyjamas, swimmers.
What is provided?
Pillows, towels, yoga mats, sunscreen, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.

Please read this carefully. All bookings require a $300 deposit per person, this is non refundable. The balance will be broken into 2 payments and will need to be finalised by no later than 15/02/2025. If for some reason you can no longer attend it will be up to you to find a replacement, if you are unable to do this you will have to pay the balance. As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any activities especially if you have any health conditions that you seek approval from your healthcare provider. All activities are at your own risk. This is an alcohol free event. We will not accept any responsibility for personal items that are lost, left or damaged. At times we will be taking photos that will be used on the Thyme To Relax website and social platforms. If you do not consent to your photo being taken and used please advise us before the retreat. Optional extras are subject to availability and need to be booked and paid for prior to the retreat. By confirming a booking with us you agree to accept all of our terms and conditions.
