Wellbeing Retreats

It’s Thyme to Retreat

Welcome to Thyme to Retreat, an immersive sanctuary for women seeking to reconnect, replenish, and rejuvenate. Born from the heart of Thyme to Relax, our retreats are an extension of our offerings and are thoughtfully curated to offer a harmonious blend of ancient healing practices and modern wellness.

Each retreat is a soul-nourishing experience, weaving together the transformative power of sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and gentle yoga. Set against serene backdrops embracing nature and luxurious accommodation these gatherings provide a sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner essence. Our carefully crafted itineraries offer a balance between space, connection, enriching experiences and generous free time, allowing you to rest, reflect, or explore at your own pace. This intentional rhythm ensures that each moment feels meaningful without overwhelming your senses.

Guided by Denise, a qualified and nurturing therapist with a passion for holistic care, our retreats offer more than a getaway, they offer you a journey inward. With optional spa treatments, wholesome cuisine, and intimate group settings, every detail is designed to support your well-being and foster genuine connections.

Whether you're new to wellness or deepening your practice, Thyme to Retreat invites you to embrace self-care, cultivate inner peace, and emerge revitalized.

A place to pause, a space to reconnect and a view to restore. We have chosen this location which is a secluded hideaway burrowed into the ancient Saddleback Mountain on 100 acres of lush green rolling hills, skimming the coastline of Kiama. The natural beauty and wide open spaces lend themselves to be a site of healing and restoration and when I visited this place it took my breath away with its beauty.

Boasting opulent amenities and an indoor space as tranquil and beautiful as its surroundings. Every room has a view. Beautifully furnished and includes all the luxurious extras.

There is a tennis court and a spectacular saltwater pool that looks over the South Pacific Ocean. The outdoor fire pit and rock garden are a wonderful addition and a great space to connect with the local wildlife.
